To help our customers feel as confident about the products we offer, some are available with a no quibble guarantee, which means the buyer can try the product on offer for seven days and return it for a full refund if not satifsfied.

The seven days start from the day after the goods are delivered. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered that are supplied with the no quibble guarantee, we will give you a 100% refund on the goods you purchased, on the condition they are returned to us in the same condition in which we sent them to you (this includes returning the original packaging and user guides & manuals). We do not refund your original carriage charge and the buyer is resposible for the cost of return carriage.

Unfortunately we cannot offer this guarantee on fax machines, copiers, scanners, printers, multi-functional machines, software, licenses or consumables.

If you do wish to return goods to us, we need the following information which must be enclosed with the returned goods. Failure to include the following information may result in the refund process taking longer or in some circumstances being rejected.

An RMA number (please contact our customer service team to obtain this)
Original Order number
Your company name (if applicable)
Your name
Your contact details (including a daytime contact number)
A brief description of the goods being returned
A brief reason for returning the goods
Whether you would like a refund on your credit/debit card or a replacement

The cost to return unwanted goods is paid by the sender, not Discountphonesystems.co.uk or Westlake Communications Ltd.

As soon as we receive the goods, we will action your request. Where a refund has been requested, we will credit your card as soon as possible (usually the same day). Any replacement held in stock will be dispatched the same day.
