The Comvurgent SD Secure Digital Call Recorder replaces the old fashioned tape based telephone call recorders and stores the recording of the telephone call onto a Secure Digital SD card which can then be accessed by a PC to listen to the call recordings.
The Comvurgent SD Secure Digital Call recording unit also comes with the XTR Desktop software so that the call recordings can be viewed by time and date and played back via the PC speakers, or converted to a .wav file and e-mailed. |

These call recorders sit in series with with any analogue extension or line (including ADSL enabled lines!) they will then automatically record all inbound and outbound calls to hard-drive in MP3 format. Calls can be saved to CD or DVD to be archived for future reference. Saved calls can be searched for by time, date, number dialed or incoming CLI. You can import your telephone book in CSV format received calls from regular clients will then have the callers name applied to the call record, this can also be used as an additional search criteria. Further more notes can be applied to any or all calls to further refine call searches. You can also export a phone book created in the CTI call recorders software in CSV format to share with other users.
