These call recorders sit in series with with any analogue extension or line (including ADSL enabled lines!) they will then automatically record all inbound and outbound calls to hard-drive in MP3 format. Calls can be saved to CD or DVD to be archived for future reference. Saved calls can be searched for by time, date, number dialed or incoming CLI. You can import your telephone book in CSV format received calls from regular clients will then have the callers name applied to the call record, this can also be used as an additional search criteria. Further more notes can be applied to any or all calls to further refine call searches. You can also export a phone book created in the CTI call recorders software in CSV format to share with other users.
