Interquartz Slimline Door Entry Phones. The Interquartz ID201, ID202 and ID204 Doorphones provide a simple door entry phone solution for easy integration into many PBX systems. The ID201, ID202 and ID204 Entry Phones connect to the analogue extension of a PBX and can be programmed via DTMF or via PC connection.
Interquartz, already well known in the communications industry, has launched a new product which links their telecoms expertise with secure door systems.
Traditionally, door-entry systems have utilised the familiar intercom system, requiring a separate speaker panel or handset inside the building. This new system uses the telephone lines already installed on the premises, eliminating the need for a separate handset.
This is a substantial benefit, especially where people use cordless phones, as they can answer the door from anywhere in the building or key a code into the handset to let them in.
The new door phone range can be programmed to provide many options to the customer. For instance, the panel can be programmed to switch to day/night mode, so security guards out on patrol can answer the door if visitors arrive out of normal office hours.
The new product is available in a stylish brushed aluminium case, which requires minimal installation and is easy to program. The super slim panel is available in one, two or four button combinations, is fully backlit and completely weather proof.
